Ferguson, General Manager and Director of the Oxford Times Ltd., Mr. H. O Hartley, Editor of the Oxford Times, Mr. G. Ronald Hardacre, Editor of the Oxford Mail, Mr. C. Hudson, Chief Sub-Editor, Sir Arthur Willert, Mr. Fletcher, representative of the Newspaper Society and M.
