Vladimir A. Kirillin is a Soviet politician who has been serving as the Deputy Premier of the Soviet Union since 1965. He was born in Moscow in January 1913 and educated at the Power Engineering Institute in Moscow. Prior to his current position, he was a professor at the institute and later became Vice-President of the Soviet Academy of Sciences in 1963.Vladimir A.
