Henry Schroder Wagg and Co Ltd, the City merchant bankers since 1966 and a Member of the Court of the Bank of England since 1967; born Nov 25th 1915; educated Notting- ham High School and Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge; served in the war; called to the Bar 1946 but ceased practice in 1955; Industrial and Finance Corporation 1955-57; Director J. Henry Schroder and Co 1957; married Margaret Sheppard in 1941 and has a son and a daughter.
